Damac Islands Phase 2 is an island-inspired master community bringing together luxury villas, twin villas and townhouses, all with family-sized layouts and dedicated maid's rooms. The clusters bear the names of tropical island destinations and follow an eco-living philosophy that weaves together nature, wellness, adventure, social life and culture. Floor plans are cross-ventilated, with private gardens and rooftop terraces; the villas add private pools.

Amenities are organised into five groups. Nature first: a lake, an eco park, a botanic garden, a whispering waterfall with a yoga deck, a zen garden, a solar-link park and dedicated e-scooter lanes. Then wellness: a healing spa, an eco-friendly gym, biodynamic training grounds, salt-water pools and a herbal tea bar. Adventure: a treehouse park, a canopy walk, a zipline park, observation decks and kayak trails. Finally social and cultural spaces: indoor and outdoor clubhouses, a natural swimming lagoon, co-working pods, an eco lodge, a museum library, a performance stage and a food market.

Interiors rest on a natural material palette: porcelain slab flooring that mimics Calacatta marble, and wooden porcelain tiles in the bedrooms. Walnut veneer and brushed-brass metalwork add warmth, and master bathrooms pair polished porcelain wall tiles with marble countertops. Delivered unfurnished.

Dubailand is an expansive master-planned district bordered by Sheikh Zayed Road, Emirates Road, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, which connects it across the emirate. Both Dubai International and Al Maktoum International Airports are reachable by car, as are Expo City, Dubai Investment Park and the Burj district. Sports City and Motor City are neighbours.
