In which district of Dubai should I invest?

All neighborhoods have their interests, but they must match your profile and investment strategy.

Should I buy off plan or ready?

Both have their advantages, it all depends on your initial budget and your monthly financing capacity over time. The off plan is THE perfect lever to position yourself on several projects at the same time and to spread your capital contribution. In addition, it is common for part of your investment to be payable after delivery for several years, which leads to self-financing of part of your investment.
The “ready” or called “second market”, will ask you to deposit the entire amount to be invested plus 2% agency fees. However, you will be able to immediately benefit from the rental income that is paid here year-round by your tenant. Also note the absence of property taxes and added value on your investments.

Is now a good time to invest in Dubai?
