The project
Samana Collecta is a private island resort community conceived as a collection of waterfront homes, where every arrival is by sea, at a dedicated jetty. Low-rise buildings with sweeping curved terraces and sculpted balconies wrap around sandy beaches, lagoons and boat moorings, so most homes look directly onto open water and the city skyline. The offer ranges from compact studios to one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, crowned by a limited collection of penthouses, alongside a separate villa collection: Ocean Floating Villas set directly on the water, Light House Villas and Tree Villas framed by landscaped gardens.
Island life is organised around the sea: a beach club with loungers and shaded cabanas, several swimming pools, a floating restaurant with panoramic water views, a retail promenade, a fitness studio and a kids play area built around a central tree sculpture. Larger residences enjoy wraparound balconies with private plunge pools or jacuzzis, outdoor lounges, sunbeds, dining zones and wellness corners. A welcome centre marks the start of the journey to the island.
Interiors follow a calm resort palette of sand, ivory and warm timber, with marble surfaces and floor-to-ceiling glazing opening living rooms and bedrooms to the sea. Apartments come partly furnished. Open-plan living and dining areas lead to show kitchens, master bedrooms are paired with walk-in dressing areas and bathrooms, and the largest homes add maid rooms, storage and separate powder rooms.
The World Islands is a man-made archipelago off the Jumeirah coastline, its islands arranged in the outline of a world map. Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Bay and the Downtown Dubai skyline all sit on the horizon. Access is by sea, with scheduled boat transfers and water taxis, and the island is entirely car-free: residents and guests move by buggy.
