Soma Residences

Soma Residences is a low-rise development by Origami. The architecture is defined by a sculptural silhouette in sun-bleached stone, sand-toned surfaces and weathered timber, with generous balconies across every residence. The project offers one- and two-bedroom apartments as well as duplexes, and is enrolled to pursue WELL Gold Certification.

Amenities follow the same wellness logic: a 20-metre resort-style infinity pool, a children's pool, a sunken lounge with fire pit and a clubhouse with lounge, terrace, café and co-working space. For fitness: a Technogym-equipped centre, a yoga and movement studio with outdoor terrace, a treatment room, sauna and steam rooms. The rooftop holds a residents' lounge and a padel court.

Interiors by XBD Collective draw on contemporary European living: three-metre ceilings, floor-to-ceiling and acoustic glazing, and expansive balconies. The palette combines oak tones, tactile stone and porcelain with integrated joinery. Kitchens pair porcelain surfaces and warm timber cabinetry with integrated Bosch appliances; bathrooms are fitted by Geberit, Grohe and Zucchetti.

Dubai Islands is a group of five man-made islands along the coast, edged by beaches and planted landscapes, mixing residential, commercial and leisure space, a short drive from Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah.
