Dubai Hills Estate, Arabian Ranches and Al Barari

Like its mall, Dubai Hills Mall is an autonomous community, focused on the quality of life of residents. Everything is there to make you feel good. A huge park reminiscent of Central Park, with its games for children, its jogging path, its skate park and also its lagoon pool.

Neighborhood shaped by Emaar, everything is there! Office spaces, schools, hospitals, clusters (subdivisions) of single-family homes, luxurious residences, a golf course and so many other facilities. 10' from Business Bay and Downtown, you feel peace and quiet when you enter your community in a mood home sweathome!

The community by Arabian Ranches, now composed of 3 installments, is one of the most popular among wealthy families who have come to live in Dubai and are looking for an exceptional living environment. Completely closed, secure, very well served, it has numerous clusters, small shopping centers, health centers, a golf course, an equestrian center and Polo.

How not to mention the neighborhood by Al Barari For nature lovers

Much more than a community, it is a reconnection with nature cut off from the frenetic pace of Dubai. Nicknamed the green heart of Dubai, this wild nature district is created based on a synergy between ecology, luxury and pleasure.

Outsider neighborhoods that should not be overlooked today.

Al Satwa, Al Quoz and the Hatta Beach site

Reinforced by the phenomenon of gentrification, the neighborhood from Al Satwa is a great business district, but so well located. After City Walk, in frontline with Downtown, it is a neighborhood that can push back at first glance, but just like Saint Denis was in Paris before the Stade de France.

As well as the former industrial district from Al Quoz, is in full transformation, and so well located geographically. Today a contemporary art district, perhaps it will give birth to the first New York-style lofts in Dubai, a Loft offer that does not currently exist in Dubai.

Finally, Prince Radmam would have approved the project Hatta Beach. A hundred kilometers from Dubai, in the mountains with turquoise lakes, we should see luxury “eco-hotels” arriving.
